Qualifications Recommended:

·           BE Computer Science or Electrical engineering, with overall 10+

years of experience

5+ years of relevant Technical Lead experience.(.Net 3.5)

Code review, design.

Experience managing offshore team .

·           Proven track record of successfully creating, building, and delivering

large software engineering projects.

·           Demonstrated success for repeatedly driving Global features into

the

standard product - Partner with key business stakeholders to elicit and prioritize
requirements, align priorities to strategic roadmaps, and solve business problems
through iterative releases.

·           Success in working with geographically distributed and different

business and development teams

·           Ability to build collaborative environments in distributed locations

while holding groups accountable for results

·           Excellent communication skills
