The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, result-oriented individual with breadth of experience across IT and Operations functions, specifically as it relates to clearing and settlement processing.* * * *The location is 6 months in Boston Ma rate is open, but must be reasonable due to current market KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drives project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation * Models and analyzes business processes and assists the business in identifying ways to maximize operational efficiencies, quality and compliance * Uses a broad array of communication tools to inform, influence, and facilitate communication within project teams and between Business and Technical teams * Anticipates critical issues and risks and takes responsibility for resolution for the program * Influences strategic direction/vision across business units or groups * Acts as a liaison between users, developers, testers, and implementation specialists * Collaborate and communicate with an off-site team in Europe almost exclusively on a day-to-day basis.
