Command line fluency in both. Issue Tracking: · Desirable: Jira. Experience with other tools (such as ClearQuest although that one specifically is not in use here) might add points, depending on the exact experience. · Programmatic programmatically integrating with one or more these tools is desirable. Source Control: · StarTeam · *Subversion* · CVS · Other tools will add points (such as ClearCase, although that is not in use here) SCM · Solid understanding of SCM values and implementation methods. · Understanding of branching strategies · Versioning of intertwined packages Other Technical experience: · SQL programming · VMWare · Web Experience: Perl/CGI.pm, and Apache and IIS. · Experience with IDE's (such as Dev Studio, Eclipse), at least form an admin perspective. · InstallShield (we **may** be able to manage without this, depending on various factors.
