Position: Business Data Analyst with MAXIMO experience Location: Charlotte, NC. Duration: 9+ months. Non-locals are okay. Locals preferred of course. Rate should be ~$45/hr. Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) project to support the Conversion team. The EAM project will consolidate the Carolinas and Midwest Work Management and Supply Chain systems onto a common platform (Maximo). This role is for a business analyst to assist with the conversion activities associated with the Detailed Design phase, the Build phase, and into the mock conversions. Responsibilities include: * Detailed Design phase: The resource will be responsible for creating the detail mapping documents which will include source to target mappings as well as the logic needed to get the target. The different types of conversion includes manual, automated (Informatica), and Maximo Data Loader (MDL). * Build phase: The resource will be responsible for creating and troubleshooting MDL loads and working with the build team on any changes needed to the mapping as well as assist with unit testing. * Mock conversions: The resource will be responsible to assist with the execution and validation of conversions as well as identify, troubleshoot, and retest defects. Skills Requirements: 1. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and oral (Must have) 2. Ability to work in a matrixed team environment, with employees and consultants (Must have) 3. Analytical thinker (Must have) 4. Very strong ability to communicate with the Business and Technical team members (i.e.-ability to understand both technical and functional aspects of conversions) (MUST HAVE) 5. Moderate SQL knowledge (MUST HAVE) 6. Moderate relational database knowledge (MUST HAVE) 7. *Conversion Project Experience* (MUST HAVE) 8. Comfortable working with resources in various locations – including overseas (Must have) 9. Maximo Experience (NICE TO HAVE) 10. Maximo Work Order Knowledge (NICE TO HAVE) 11.
