Additionally, performs change management, application builds and front/back end patches for the above referenced applications. * *Provide application development and technical support for refined petroleum product logistical, inventory management, and billing systems including ATLAS, ATLAS Marine and other commercial applications, including participation in a 24 by 7 on-call rotation. Coordinate with users to determine requirements and ensure applications meet user and business needs. Ensure system changes are successfully implemented. Strong analytical abilities.*** *Technical Skill Set employed: Oracle PL/SQL, PowerBuilder, VB/VB.Net, C++/C#, and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
