location Irving, TX 3 to 6 months contract to hire *Core Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead the Data Warehouse Group, operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources. Oversee the development of data warehouse / data services environments in order to produce timely and accurate information for management decision making and planning. This person will be extremely hands on and has an extensive background in development This position is responsible for managing the development and support of Data Warehouse. This individual will direct and lead the day-to-day activities of the Data Warehouse and Data Analytics staff. This position will ensure the streamlined operation of the Data Warehouse group in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This position will also be responsible for management of the data analysis function. This entails designing ad hoc and production reports, data quality, and management of the data analysts. The Manager, Data Services will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective data warehouse and analytics solutions that are consistent and enabling of the business vision and strategy. This individual will also oversee the technology platform, tools, and architecture for management information reporting. This person will also define the data management policies, procedures, and best practices for the data services group. * * *Description of Duties* Will have Data Integration Development background is responsible for the design, build, and deployment of the project's data integration component. *Responsibilities:* Having relevant experience and background performing the following responsibilities: Using the Informatica Data Integration platform to extract, transform, and load data Developing Informatica mapping designs Developing Data Integration Workflows and load processes Ensuring adherence to locally defined standards for all developed components Performing data analysis for both Source and Target tables/columns Providing technical documentation of Source and Target mappings Supporting the development and design of the internal data integration framework Participating in design and development reviews Working with System owners to resolve source data issues and refine transformation rules Ensuring performance metrics are met and tracked Written and maintaining unit tests Conducting QA Reviews *Qualifications/Certifications* Has had a management and team lead role in previous positions within a Data warehouse group Understands data integration processes and how to tune for performance Has SQL experience Possesses excellent communications skills Has the ability to develop work plans and follow through on assignments with minimal guidance Has Informatica Data Integration Platform experience Has RDBMS experience -- Looking forward to work with you!
