*Need: QA Engineer needed.*
*Pay Rate: $30/hr CTC {MAX}*
*Location: Sandy, Utah*
*Duration: 6 months*
The Software Quality Engineer will communicate with QA Manager, Business
Analysts and Developers to translate requirements into test cases. SQE will
be responsible for developing and executing automated and manual test
scripts/plans in a timely and efficient manner for all areas of the
application. SQE will be responsible for regression testing, logging,
tracking and resolution verification of defects.
*Responsibilities*
Develop automated and manual Test Cases from requirements documentation
Perform testing independently, analyze the test results and record
issues/defects in tracking software
Communicate issues and testing status to supervisor
Identify and enter defects
*Qualifications *
Four-year college degree or equivalent
Previous Software QA experience of 3-5 years
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and QA Methodologies
Demonstrated experience with MS TFS Team Test (WebTest)
Basic knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of XML
Organized and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self motivated attitude with the ability to self manage
