Job Description: Provide Remedy team management, consulting and development support for Remedy ARS based applications * including ITSM Suite and custom applications Essential Functions: Very good knowledge of Remedy ARS based ITSM Suite. This includes the Helpdesk, SLA, Asset Management, and Change Management modules, Atrium CMDB 2.0 & custom applications based on Remedy ARS as well as integrations with external applications. CMDB Experience is highly desired.
