*Technical Skills:*
*Required Skills*
· Design and Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models to
meet requirements and strategies
- Drive quality improvement initiatives for various of data and metrics
for business intelligence
- Conduct peer reviews for Data Models, ETL architecture, design and code
for all business intelligence related initiatives
- Create and maintain Source to target data mappings, define
comprehensive transformations rules
- Collaborate with ETL , DBA and QA team members to deliver robust and
high quality solutions
- Mentor the team members across various BI groups.
*Qualifications:*
- More than 5 years hands on experience in Designing and Implementing
data models for BI systems, both 3rd Normal Form and Dimensional data
models
- Understanding of Inmon and Kimball data architecture techniques and
when to apply both to large volume Enterprise Data Warehouses & Data Marts
- Experience developing conformed dimensions for Enterprise Data Marts
- Hands-on technical experience in the following areas or similar
technologies:
- *Oracle database (9i, 10g), DB/2, Terradata, or Netezza *
- *ERwin (or equivalent data modeling tools) *
- *SQL (must have) *
- Prior experience and functional knowledge about the Web Advertising
industries or Digital Media industry and providing solution in Web industry
based BI solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of data management best practices and
ability to be a leader in their implementation
- Ability to translate and clearly formulate technical issues
- Highly professional and self-motivated individual with the ability and
desire to work with experienced IT professionals in all disciplines of a
dynamic, evolving environment
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to document
and present data models, strategies, standards, and concepts to both
business and IT audiences
- Solid Team player, good interpersonal skills
