Yes, that's what I'm working with.

I have gone through that particular page a few times, and I'm just 
not finding my answer (that doesn't mean it's not there though!)

On the 'Formatting Issues' page under 'Numerals', 'Displaying 
negative numbers' (from my serch in .NET) it shows exactly what I 
want to do - show negative numbers in red. The default is in (), but 
I don't really want it that way if I don't HAVE to.

Now I need to write the code to round all numbers to two decimal 
places and make all negative numbers red - I'd like to do this in 
one place and make it work across the entire application. I am 
assuming that it needs to go on the global page, but where on it and 
how to format it is above my level of experience.
