There is an application that built with C# for Client / Server .
 
I encrypt some informations in Client side and decrypt and use it in server side.  
 
I use DES with Asymetric Encryption. And I use UTF-8 characters set.
 
There are two problems;
 
1. Application can encrypt too short strings. Between 25-75 characters. When i wrote a number , i can give very short string. How can i use long strings?
 
2. When i use string �Hakan� , The application can decrypt , but it can�t dcrypt �hakan� .
 
I tried in DES, AES (Rijndael), TripleDES, and RC2 .
