1) Should have Experience in Web Technology
2) Should have worked on .Net (ASP.Net, C#) - this experience should not be 1 odd project
3) Should have designed medium - large web applications
(Atleast 50-60 (or more) man month projects) with n-tier architecture.
4) Should have atleast 2 years experience in UML
5) Experience in Rational XDE / Rational Rose tools is an advantage
6) Should have applied or have knowledge Design Patterns
7) Should be able to guide designers in preparing the right design
8) Should have good development experience.
9) Should be a good team player
10) Good communication skills & client facing must.
