Borland Together(BT) have a dotnet integrated version, and using that tool you can easily generate the higher level UML diagrams such as class diagrams, sequence diagrams from .cs files.
BT is keeping the design details in .cs files itself. So once you integrated your C# classes to BT, it will keep track of the subsequent changes in your code and will update those changes to design diagrams automatically.
