[Microsofts_C_Sharp] Problem with Smtp Mail Server

Hi all 
In my application after registering new user, we have to send mail to that user for confirmation. Last few days i can able to send mail to user, but now mail is not reaching in receiver end. All the mails are storing in this path C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue, why this is occurring ?
 
And if i'm sending body message in three paragrap means how can i do the alignment ?
