JOB DECRIPTION |
� Provide Telephone and /or eMail Support (Level 1 Support) to clients using Toolkits � Debugging Client Application, Toolkit application code. � Provide Input to R & D & new product development. |

RESPONSIBILITIES |
� Provide Telephone and /or eMail Support to clients using Toolkits in various platforms (Win NT,2K,XP,Solaris, HP-UX, Linux,AIX) � Level 1 Support � Documentation of problem resolution related to service requests � Debugging client code and toolkit code � Creation of sample programs � Creation of Tech notes � Provide Input to R & D on product design, addition of functionality, test plans. � Pager rotation for off-hours support |

AREA OF EXPERTISE |
Good knowledge of product support activities to end customers. |
|
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED |
� 2+ yrs of Java coding experience � 2+ yrs of C/C++ coding experience � Experience in web/application servers � Experience with PKI or security related products is a PLUS � Experience with UNIX system level debugging is PLUS |

OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED |
� Very good communication skill (Written & Oral) � Ability to multitask and manage time well |

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION |
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent |
