I asked the answers here back this winter and they are in this newsgroup.
The MSDN references you need to start from at least.  
 
I never got the change of the app.config or web.config but it's just html
anyway.

That is a bit of an understatement that you have to dig a lot at the M$

I don't know of one available.  There is decent info on M$ site.  You have
to DIG allot to get it all.
