Hello,

Oracle is a database technology .NET is a programming technology. The “GENERAL” rule is (this is stereotyping and does not always happen.) If anybody disagrees please do respond

 

Java -> Oracle

VB6 - >SQL Server/Access

.NET ->SQL Server

PHP->MySQL

ASP->SQL Server/Access

 

So now I ask you what your primary programming language is. I personally use C# and SQL Server and there are many jobs available in that area.
