[Microsofts_C_Sharp] Garbage Posts

I just subscribed to this list, and at the moment all I see are garbage spam posts.  Is there anyone policing this list?  Is this list even worth being on?  With all the spam it's hard for me to tell if anyone has any legitimate contributions to this list.   YAHOO!
