Position: QA Lead
Compensation: 40% Higher than the industry standards
 
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Validating and verifying functionality and behavior of EACH and EVERY feature of the software.
  • Working closely with the VP of Engineering to develop standardized and repeatable process for product verification and validation.
  • Thinking, developing and implementing test automation and efficient solutions to traverse through the software.
  • Juggling several projects at once in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
 
Qualifications
  • Passion for detail and perfection.
  • Understanding of how consumers search and surf the web.
  • Must have expertise in developing or testing consumer web software using Java, XML, DHTML (AJAX) and _javascript_.
  • Must have expertise in writing automated test (using C, C++ or Java) or scripts (using shell, perl, python or PHP) for functional and performance testing.
  • Must have 6+ years of experience in systems specifications analysis, testing methodology, test plan formulation, regression testing, black box testing, testing user interfaces for consumer software, functional/features testing, testing process flows and  using bugzilla.
  • Experience with Ant is a plus!
  • Experience with white box testing and testing windows application is a plus.
