| Introduction
Today's Java developers are faced with
the challenge of constructing robust enterprise
applications. Enterprise application development is a
complex process which requires extensive infrastructure
code. There are several frameworks available to reduce
complexity of such application development. This two
week workshop is intended to provide proficiency in
designing and developing scalable, enterprise web
applications through industry standard Struts, Hibernate
& Spring Frameworks.

After this course students will be able

- Leverage Struts Tags Libraries and the JSP
Standard Tag Libraries (JSTL)
- Perform client- and server-side data validation
using the Struts Validation Framework
- Integrate the Struts Tile Framework to develop
reusable JSP layouts
- Streamline your code and increase productivity
with Spring templates
- Apply robust transaction-handling policies
- Implement object persistence with Hibernate
- Optimize data access with Hibernate Query Language
(HQL)

Prerequisite
A good understanding of web application development
using Servlet / JSP and Database is required.
