  • Plan and build projects, schedules and budgets using MS Project
  • Track progress, update plans and monitor variances between target and actual project deliverables
  • Create powerful reports and custom views to communicate project information
  • Manage multiple projects with master projects and subprojects

Final Project

At the end of the course, participants should be able to design a software project and make a software development project plan using MS Project. The project plan should cover all phases and activities present in a typical Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
