*Strong .Net framework capability and usage
*C#/VB.Net, ASP.Net, and Windows Forms
*T-SQL or PL/SQL, and SQL Server / Oracle
*Familiarity with working on n-tier architectures
*One or more server systems like BizTalk, CMS, SharePoint or
other is desirable.
