Position : Team Lead (Web sphere Portal Architect)
Experience: 6-8 years
Essential -
Should have been involved in at least two large enterprise level J2EE implementations
Defined solution architecture for the above including Alternate Architecture analysis
Involved in decision making for choice of infrastructure or has done sizing, performance analysis / tuning activities
Good Knowledge of J2EE Design and Integration Patterns
Minimum 2 years of experience in large scale portal development projects using WebSphere Portal Server and in-depth knowledge of WebSphere Portal (Preferably Version 5.1. or above) in
Portal Architecture
Portlet Specification and Design
Security framework (authentication and authorization)
Out of the box / custom integration with SAP/ Peoplesoft / JDEdwards
Workflow Management
Knowledge of Middleware and Messaging Systems like MQSeries
Desirable
Knowledge of MVC frameworks like Struts, Spring
Knowledge of XML and XSL
Knowledge of O-R mapping tools like Hibernate
Knowledge of databases like Oracle, DB2
