Skills/ Qualification
Should have 15+ years of total industry experience and typically should be a seasonal 2nd Line Manager.
Very thorough understanding of Full life-cycle software development including Architecture, Design, Testing and Release Management of complex multi-platform products.
Should have very good experience in System Programming under Windows Platform using Windows Internals (Kernels, APIs, Win 32, File System and Management) and should have hands-on experience in the same.
Excellent problem solving ability and should be an absolute team player
Should have handled multiple products purely based on Product Engineering Concepts.
Should have handled the peak team size of 30 people.
USA Pedigree will be highly advantageous.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
B.E / B.Tech / M. Tech / PhDs in Computer Science from reputed institutions
