Not yet. The manual is quite empty on content still (there is
material only in the Function Reference and FAQ sections), so
we haven't yet made it available.
However, you can get the DocBook SGML sources from the Midgard
CVS repository (instructions in
http://www.midgard-project.org/manual/x1645.html#AEN1653).
There surely seems to be lot of interest in the manual.
Jukka, could you modify the HTML generation script used
with the manual so that it would also create a tarball
after each commit?
