Sure! What you get with Midgard is a nice framework for creating
dynamic sites and Web applications, and a good interface to the
development work. If you can tell a bit more about what you are
intending to do, we'll probably be more able to tell you how those
things can be accomplished with Midgard.
As for documentation, it is still pretty much nonexistant. You
can find some information by browsing the mailing list archives
and reading the FAQ (http://www.midgard-project.org/manual/faq),
but the rest can be learned by asking questions here.
