The current Midgard version is pretty much married with MySQL
and uses many MySQL-specific queries. Midgard 2.0 should be
able to work with any ODBC-compliant database, but we're not
quite there yet.
In the mean while, there is the 'Broken Shinai' 1.3 release
which uses ODBC. It was never released as a stable version
due to some serious performance issues, but it should be
possible to work on that to add the PostgreSQL support. That
would probably be quite hack, though. Jukka will be able to
tell you more of the work involved there when he gets online.
