What i can cover is the part from getting the sources for all required
packages up to configuring.
I would add these points to the manual:
4.1.4. Installing other Apache modules
4.4 would get a new entry for DNS config, so it would then be
4.4. Starting up
4.4.1 DNS configuration
4.4.2. Admin Site configuration
...
