The CVS commits for the manual files go in to the repository
without problems, but the sgmltools setup on our server gives
the warnings. The Web site doesn't update because of that.
Hopefully Jukka has time to look at it soon, there are also
some newer installation instructions in the CVS that aren't
showing on the site.
