There are only a view changes in the midgard-apache.spec file.
You have to change
with-layout=RedHat
to
with-layout=SuSE
The correct the layout files
All pathes need to be changed from
/usr/local/lib to /usr/lib
/etc/conf/httpd to /etc/httpd
...
I have tried and now I compiled only a standard Redhat.
As long as this package has modification in such short time, it is
easier to work with RedHat
