Here is a hint for those who want to have the root page "/" as active but
want to serve filesystem in subdir like /images, just create a static
subpage called "images".
When you want to get the file, say /images/logo.gif, midgard won't find it
under the subpage /images, so it will fetch the file from the filesystem.
