True. Originally there was a difference, as the notation <(blah)> was
reserved just for the special elements <(title)> and <(content)>, but as
there seemed to be little reason for reserving a special notation for
just those two elements (and brackets are hard to write on a Finnish
keyboard ;-) I decided to remove the distinction.
A long term plan would be to promote just one of the notations for
concistency, but haven't yet decided which one it should be. <(blah)> is
easier to type, but <[blah]> has a more templateish look... ;-)
