I decided to make the type field fixed, as it was added to make it
possible to discriminate between different types of articles (news,
files, events, questions, bug reports, ...). You can use the optional
$type argument to the list_articles functions to only get article
records of the specified type. The field is fixed because the type of
the record often fixes the semantics of the extra fields.
This is of course just one way of using the type field. I'll make it
modifiable in near future.
