Torben,

I believe the manual is available from the cvs depository. I just used it
last nite for the first time so let's hope I get this straight.

$ export CVSROOT=':pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/local/cvs' 

cvs login  <-for anonymous hit return when prompted for a password.

$ cvs checkout midgard/manual.sgml

I think that'll get you there, this is assuming you're using a unix shell.
For windows, I haven't a clue.
