I am so taken with midgard I can't even stand it....well, anyway. I am
ready to upgrade a production server to run mid gard and I have one that is
running RH5.2 and so is a perfect candidate. I want, though, to plan for
the coming of Midgard2. (reason #1 so far....better user account
restrictions) Any ideas about what the upgrade path is going to look like?
Should I wait until MG2 is out and has a monsterRPM, (which I have come to
like soooo much)...or will there be a simple overwrite...? This is a sort
of important server which runs a bunch of apps which aren't completely
mission critical but are close to it...it is an older compaq which is a
weee bit hostile to linux so I try to screw with it as little as
possible...I don't upgrade lightly.....
