Not at the moment, sorry. Running the manual through
many different converters would tax the resources of
our fairly low-end server at www.midgard-project.org
too much so we are not doing it yet. We'll start
providing downloadable versions of the documentation
when it is more complete.
Before that, you can get the SGML sources of the
manual by doing an anonymous CVS checkout from
our repository (see http://www.midgard-project.org/article/1000.html
for instructions) and then converting the
.sgml files into whatever format you want with
SGMLtools.
