Very first thing that you can do to get this, is to download these
documents in SGML format from CVS repositary and convert them to HTML
(or other useful format) yourself using sgmltools.

It would be nice. 
Henri, could you convert current version of docs into raw html or may be
TeX source and place it into download section? Unfortunately, I can't do
this for the moment.
