They wouldn't work. At least when you use version of PHP prior to
3.0.13 released at Jan 1st. If you want to use it with Midgard, make
sure that you've got corresponding patches from CVS repositary
(midgard/proposals/midgard-1.2.6 branch)

This is the length. libc has limitations on passwords length at 10
symbols.
