I didn't. I'm still trying to get SGMLtools working so I can convert
from SGML to HTML and plain text, and will make tarballs of those
available. For the time being I'll update them by hand; they are
available at http://www.midgard-project.org/~emiliano/
I appreciate your offer of the plaintext version, but the CVS repository
is not the right place for it.
