apxs is not in your path. I often see apxs placed in a directory
that will be in roots' PATH buth not for a regular user (/sbin,
/usr/sbin or /usr/local/sbin). Add the directory to your PATH
(or su to root if you feel
lazy^H^H^H^Hefficient^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hlazy)
and restart the failing command.
