I've installed the big RPM of apache-midgard 1.2.5. It works as an
Apache server, and with some PHP3 scripts I had written before. But I
cannot get any Midgard functionality out of it. E.g. when I connect to
http://intsys.fin.qub.ac.uk:2000/ I just get my usual default index.html
page (or, from Melbourne, no connection, as the firewalls don't let Port
2000 pass: how do I change the admin port?).
Investigating the Apache error_log, I find this critical error, repeated
a number of times at http start-up:
[Sat Jan 22 01:27:17 2000] [crit] Midgard: Access denied for user:
'midgard@localhost' (Using password: YES)
What could be going wrong?
(Please reply to me as well as the list. I am just about to move back to
Belfast from Australia, so I'll be changing e-mail addresses.)
