Did all the installs come from RPMs? Did you install the extra MySQL dev
parts and all of that? Did you do all the install stuff of copy the midgard
info into MySQL? I found that httpd.conf did a good job of configuring
itself but it had a hard time finding the midgard file...I ended up moving
it to /home/http but out side of the html root, then I went and changed the
httpd.conf to reflect that change.....just out of curiosity, what do you do
at Berkshire?

Subject: [midgard] Help with Install

Hi.

I am having difficulty with setup and am hoping someone can help. I am
working on the site offline, or I'd point you to the site.

I Have:

A Fresh Install of RH6.1
A Fresh Install of MySQL 3.22.32
A Fresh Install of apache-midgard package.

Here's what happens:

I get the default auto-created apache index with directories for
example, images and manual. I also try to access the admin port sites, but
no luck.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I believe the error is in my
httpd.conf. I was confused here. MySQL seems fine.

Many thanks for your help! I'm looking forward to working with midgard.
