When I go to "new toplevel style" and create a toplevel style with the name
"VMUC 0.2", owner is "VMUC Admins" and inheritance is top level style, I
click on submit and return to the list of the styles. I shift-click on the
reload button but there is no VMUC 0.2 style in my list of top level styles.
I think this is a technical access problem and not a usability problem,
because I follow the steps in the tutorial.
