My plan is to spend some serious time this weekend documenting the Midgard Lib API (from the current CVS tree). If that goes well I might be able to start a Postgres port within a couple of weeks. I haven't looked at the new Postgres yet but it sounds promising. It probably makes sense to skip 6.5 and start writing to 7.0 right from the start.
