Sorry, at the moment, no. Midgard works on most (if not all)
UNIX platforms, but hasn't been designed to work on Windows.
However, the Open Server Architecture Project (www.opensa.org)
is working on a Windows port of Midgard. They don't have a
test version available yet, but you can contact them for more
information.
