It used to anger me, now I just find out who his/her ISP is and get the
account cancelled. A notice has been sent.

It's an obvious scam. No details, just a banknumber.

I doubt he subscribed. We could make the list subscriber-only, but I feel
that that would not be a very welcome sign to newcomers. Personally, I'd
rather deal with spam (and I get my share, trust me) than ward off people.

But ezmlm can be configured to do it, and if enough people feel that
subscriber-only is a good measure, I won't protest.

BTW, I have to wonder: if this irritates you so much, why quote and
include the entire spam message? You must know we've all seen it.
