Problem, right there.

You're not the first one to fall into this trap. AAMOF, I fell for it
at first too. This an important distinction, people:

  IP numbers are _not_ hosts

IP numbers point to interfaces _into_ a host, and localhost is pretty
universally defined to map to interface 'lo' with IP address 127.0.0.1.
I'm guessing that 158.126.131.136 maps to an ethernet card.

Try <VirtualHost 127.0.0.1> and similar changes for the NameVirtualHost
stuff, or change the name 'localhost' into whatever 158.126.131.136
resolves to for you.
