OK, this fixed the virtual host errors, now the php/midgard part....

You don't need the NameVirtualHost section. You're using IP addresses, so
it's not necessary. just keep the <VirtualHost> entries, and you'll be fine
there.

That will stop the virtual host errors... now we've got to figure out the
php / midgard errors in there...
