[midgard] Debian packages of midgard 1.2.5, please test

I'm still waiting for a version of midgard that doesn't use mysql, but
as I needed the packages myself, I spent a bit more time in making them,
and will make them available.

I do not intend to upload them into debian proper until they can depend
on ! mysql.

Please test and give feedback. I will probably package 1.4 when I need
it myself.
