You can assign the ownership of document trees (record sets) to specific
groups. Members of these groups will have admin level privleges within
those data trees. Are you using SiteGroups enabled installation? If you're
using SiteGroups, expect a detailed tutorial outling the use of SiteGroups
in the next couple days.
